Common issues and how to fix them.

Connection Issues

Wallet Won't Connect

Symptoms:

  • Clicking "Connect Wallet" does nothing
  • Wallet popup doesn't appear

Solutions:

  1. Ensure your wallet extension is installed and enabled
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Disable other wallet extensions temporarily
  5. Check if you're on the correct network (Solana Mainnet)

Disconnected During Play

Symptoms:

  • "Disconnected" status shown
  • UI stops updating

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Wait a moment - it may reconnect automatically
  3. Refresh the page
  4. Your pending bets are safe on-chain

Transaction Issues

Bet Not Going Through

Symptoms:

  • Transaction fails
  • Wallet shows error

Solutions:

  1. Check SOL balance (need bet amount + ~0.00005 SOL for fee)
  2. Wait a few seconds and try again
  3. The round may have ended - wait for the next one
  4. Check Solana network status

Claim Failed

Symptoms:

  • Can't claim rewards
  • Transaction rejected

Solutions:

  1. Ensure you have SOL for the transaction fee
  2. Try claiming a smaller amount
  3. Wait and retry
  4. Check if there's actually something to claim

Transaction Stuck

Symptoms:

  • Transaction pending for a long time

Solutions:

  1. Usually resolves within 30 seconds
  2. If longer, the transaction likely failed
  3. Your funds should return to your wallet
  4. Check the transaction on Solana Explorer

Display Issues

UI Not Updating

Symptoms:

  • Prices/charts frozen
  • Round timer stuck

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check internet connection
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Try incognito/private browsing mode

Charts Not Loading

Symptoms:

  • Blank chart areas
  • Charts show errors

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Wait for data to load
  3. Check browser console for errors

Balance Issues

Balance Shows Wrong Amount

Symptoms:

  • Wallet balance doesn't match expected

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check your wallet directly (Phantom/Solflare)
  3. Recent transactions may still be processing
  4. Verify on Solana Explorer

Winnings Not Appearing

Symptoms:

  • Won a bet but don't see rewards

Solutions:

  1. Check "Claimable" balance, not wallet balance
  2. Winnings go to claimable, need to claim to wallet
  3. Wait a few seconds for UI update
  4. Refresh the page

Audio Issues

No Sound Effects

Symptoms:

  • Game is silent

Solutions:

  1. Check if audio is muted in Settings
  2. Check browser tab isn't muted
  3. Check system volume
  4. Some browsers block autoplay - interact with page first

Mobile Issues

App Doesn't Load on Mobile

Solutions:

  1. Use the mobile app version of your wallet
  2. Open ORE Pump from within the wallet's browser
  3. Try a different mobile browser
  4. Ensure JavaScript is enabled

Touch Interactions Not Working

Solutions:

  1. Try double-tapping
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Update your browser
