1. Acceptance of Terms​

2. Service Description​

2.1 What We Provide​

ORE Pump is an alternative user interface for interacting with the ORE v3 smart contract on the Solana blockchain. We provide:

  • A visual interface to view game state
  • Tools to construct and submit transactions
  • Real-time data display and notifications

2.2 What We Do NOT Provide​

  • The underlying smart contract (created by Regolith Labs)
  • Financial advice or investment recommendations
  • Custody of your funds
  • Guarantee of outcomes or returns

3. Third-Party Smart Contract​

3.1 ORE v3 Contract​

The game mechanics are governed by the ORE v3 smart contract, which is:

  • Created and maintained by Regolith Labs
  • Not under our control or ownership
  • Subject to its own risks and limitations

3.2 No Control​

We cannot:

  • Modify the smart contract behavior
  • Reverse or cancel transactions
  • Change game outcomes
  • Access or control your funds

4. User Responsibilities​

4.1 Wallet Security​

You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet and private keys
  • Protecting your recovery phrase
  • Transactions signed with your wallet

4.2 Compliance​

You represent that:

  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Using our service is legal where you reside
  • You will comply with applicable laws

4.3 Risk Acknowledgment​

You understand and accept:

  • The risk of losing funds
  • Cryptocurrency volatility
  • Smart contract risks
  • Blockchain network risks

5. Fees​

5.1 Platform Fee​

We charge a small fee on bets placed through our interface. See Fee Structure for details.

5.2 Network Fees​

You are responsible for Solana network transaction fees.

6. No Guarantees​

6.1 Service Availability​

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Specific uptime

6.2 Financial Outcomes​

We do not guarantee:

  • Profits or returns
  • Token value
  • APY rates
  • Reward availability

7. Third-Party Infrastructure​

Our service relies on:

  • Solana blockchain network
  • Third-party RPC providers
  • External APIs and services

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property​

The ORE Pump interface, design, and content are our property. The ORE protocol and smart contract belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for losses from using our service
  • We are not liable for smart contract failures
  • We are not liable for blockchain network issues
  • Our total liability is limited to fees you've paid us

10. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any laws
