Our development roadmap showing completed, in-progress, and planned features.

Phase 1: Core Gameplay Loop (MVP) ✅​

Completed features that form the core experience:

  • Game Modes: Trenches (Lifecycle) and Snipore (Grid) views
  • Betting System: Slot-based rounds (~75-80s), real-time charts, winner selection
  • Wallet Integration: Connect Phantom/Solflare, balance display
  • Rewards: ORE staking and yield farming
  • UI/UX: Terminal aesthetic, mobile optimization, sound effects

Phase 2: Expanded Features (In Progress) 🚧​

Portfolio Page​

  • Trade History: Detailed table of all past bets
  • Asset View: Breakdown of held coins
  • PnL Analysis: Charts showing profit/loss over time
  • Claimable Rewards: Centralized reward management

Leaderboard​

  • Global Rankings: Top traders by PnL and Volume
  • Weekly Competitions: Resetting leaderboards with badges
  • Profile Stats: Clickable user profiles
  • Hot Coins: High momentum detection algorithm
  • Whale Watch: Large transaction feed
  • Social Sentiment: Trollbox hype scoring

Phase 3: Social & Meta 🔮​

  • Clans/Squads: Group trading competitions
  • Achievement System: Badges for "Rug Survivor", "Moon Sniper", etc.
  • Referral System: Earn ORE by inviting friends

Phase 4: Onboarding & Accessibility 🎯​

  • Free Play (Demo Mode): Try the game without connecting a wallet
  • Interactive Tour: Guided walkthrough for new users
  • Dynamic Fee Display: Show current transaction fees transparently
